Don't Buy laptop vs online customer reviews

The Fusion5 T90 laptop is one of Amazon’s Choice products. But Which? experts said it was the worst laptop we'd tested in over a year. The Fusion5 laptop is rated four stars on Amazon with hundreds of positive reviews. But the exact same make and model performed so badly in Which? lab tests, our experts named it a Don’t Buy. Digging in to the Amazon listing reveals concern - 11% of reviewers scored the laptop just one star. As part of our investigation we found no obvious signs of 'fake' customer reviews, but there were lots of reviews that used repeated phrases such as 'easy to use and set up'.
