Ryanair and eDreams fail our mystery shop on holiday protections - Which? investigates

If you’ve spent thousands of pounds on a holiday, you expect the person selling it to you to know which holiday protections are essential should something go wrong. Yet, we found by acting as mystery shoppers calling seven of the UK’s biggest travel agents, that several couldn’t correctly answer half the questions we posed on what holiday cover actually includes.
