How To Properly Prep, Polish & Protect Your Paint! - Chemical Guys

In today's video, Nick is going to determine whether the original paint of this 1998 Chevy S10 can be restored or not. Years of harsh elements and lack of paint protection have scorched and damaged the paintwork, leaving a dull finish. Watch as we walk through the steps to achieve best finish. After washing the vehicle, decontaminate the pores of the paint using the appropriate clay bar before polishing the clear coat. After desired level of shine has been reached it is crucial to protect the paintwork from fallout by applying a ceramic coating, glaze, sealant and/or wax. *Products Used in Today's Video •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ➜ Medium Clay Bar: https://ift.tt/2JRlhJd ➜ V-Line Of Polishes: https://ift.tt/2DYbFdc ➜ BUFX112HEX6 Orange Hex-Logic Polishing Pad: https://ift.tt/2G5jI9A ➜ BUFX114HEX6 White Hex-Logic Final Polish Pad: https://ift.tt/2PraVpC ➜ TORQ 22D: https://ift.tt/36PNme1 ➜ Polishing Pad Conditioner: https://ift.tt/2FNHVRe ➜ HydroCharge Ceramic Spray: https://ift.tt/2EfMtiq •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ● Website: www.ChemicalGuys.com ● Subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=chemicalguys ● Subscribe to our newsletter: https://ift.tt/2vjCz9T ● Like Us on Facebook: https://ift.tt/2uJzRxo ● Follow us on Instagram: https://ift.tt/2vjwfPB #chemicalguys #detailing #carcare
