Galaxy S9+ vs Nikon Coolpix - Can the Samsung smartphone beat a compact camera?

SAMSUNG GALAXY S9+ The S9+ has two rear-facing cameras, one 12Mp wide-angle and another 12Mp telephoto, with varying sensor sizes, pixel sizes, apertures and fields of view. It costs £869. However, while the Coolpix was faster to start up in our quick draw challenge, overall the Galaxy S9+ proved its prowess in capturing fast moving objects better in our stabilisation and burst mode head-to-head trials.
