How To Revive Old, Beater Work Truck! - Chemical Guys

Recently, Nick began the polishing process on this 2002 Ford F-150. Years of neglect and lack of protection have oxidized the black finish on this pick-up but with the right combination of products and technique, we show you just how well this vehicle can look. Breathing life back into this work truck and restoring curb appeal, it is no longer lost in a crowd of cars but rather stands out like a jewel. Headlights illuminate the path ahead whether on city streets or traversing trails but dull, cloudy and oxidized lenses not only look awful but they are unsafe. Use Headlight Restorer by hand or machine and bring clarity back to your life. Exterior rubber and plastic trim are constantly exposed to UV rays, harsh elements, fallout and contamination. Over the years the trim on this Ford has becoming gray and chalky which if left untreated will become brittle and eventually may crack. So, to prevent future damage while adding a deep gloss, Nick applies a coat of Tire & Trim Gel. This oil-based dressing rejuvenates and protects textured plastics, and rubber components around the outside of the vehicle. •-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-•-• Products Used in Today's Video •-•-•-•-•-•-•-• ➜ Headlight Restorer: https://ift.tt/2QC4xIz ➜ Low Profile 3 inch Backing Plate: https://ift.tt/2zXl2s7 ➜ Green Hex-Logic Pad 3 inch: https://ift.tt/2PqCIRI ➜ JetSeal: https://ift.tt/1lGhDMr ➜ TORQ R Rotary Polisher: https://ift.tt/2lX5VHq ➜ Light Metal Polish: https://ift.tt/2uhIRIq ➜ Tire and Trim Gel: https://ift.tt/2CNmEDs •••••••••••••••••••• ● Website: www.ChemicalGuys.com ● Subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=chemicalguys ● Subscribe to our newsletter: https://ift.tt/2vjCz9T ● Like Us on Facebook: https://ift.tt/2uJzRxo ● Follow us on Instagram: https://ift.tt/2vjwfPB
