Chai Cream de Coconut


Here's the recipe: CHAI CREAM DE COCONUT 1 oz. (30ml) Light Rum 1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum 3 oz. (90ml) Chai Tea 3 oz. (90ml) Maple Coconut Milk (water, maple syrup, coconut milk, evaporated milk) Garnish: Grated Nutmeg/ Toasted Coconut pieces/ Homemade whipped cream (2 oz. Heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp sugar, dash ginger powder, dash chocolate bitters) PREPARATION 1. In a shaking glass, combine light rum, dark rum, chai tea, and maple coconut milk. Add ice and shake well. 2. In a separate shaking glass, combine heavy whipping cream, 1 tbsp sugar, a dash of ginger, and a dash of chocolate bitters. Shake vigorously until thick and frothy. 3. Strain the Chai mix into a glass over ice and top with the whipped cream. 4. Garnish with shaved nutmeg and toasted coconut pieces. Enjoy responsibly!
