Don the Beachcomber's Zombie 🍹


Here's the recipe: DON THE BEACHCOMBER'S ZOMBIE 1 tsp. Brown Sugar 1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Lemon Juice 1 oz. (30ml) Gold Puerto Rican Rum 1 oz. (30ml) 151 Proof Demerara Rum (from Guyana) 1 oz. (30ml) White Puerto Rican Rum 1 oz. (30ml) Unsweetened Pineapple Juice 1 oz. (30ml) Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Syrup 1 Dash Angostura Bitters Garnish: Mint Sprig *Credit: Ted Haigh aka Dr. Cocktail (Vintage Spirits and Forgotten Cocktails) PREPARATION 1. Dissolve the brown sugar in the lemon juice. Add this and all other ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker. 2. Shake and strain into a collins glass. 3. Garnish with a mint sprig. 4.
